As announced on its website Gazeta Wyborcza (gazeta.pl) Irish airline Ryanair will collect higher fees for baggage. Passengers will pay more than 1 October.

For one bag fee is 15 euro (10 euro and not as yet), the next will have to pay 35 euros. These rates will apply only in case of clearance over the Internet. If we decide to check in at the airport, the charges amount to 30 euro for the first luggage and 70 euros for another (the one bag may not weigh more than 15 kg for each kilogram of excess baggage fee is 20 euros).

Free is the only hand luggage weighing up to 10 kg.
