Safety and order regulations

dated 19.10.2012 r.

on: Safety and police regulations in force in Ireland West Knock Airport.

Pursuant to art. Paragraph 83a. 1 of the Act of 3 July 2002. - Aviation Law (Dz. U. of 2012. Pos. 933) is hereby ordered as follows:

§ 1

The order sets out the basic order regulations related to ensuring the safety and security of flights and order at the airport, applicable to all persons within the airport.

§2

At the Airport Ireland West Knock are prohibited from:

leaving unattended baggage or other objects that may lead to distortions in the functioning of airports;
bring in airports, without the authorization of weapons and dangerous materials or other objects that could endanger the safety of persons, aircraft or airport infrastructure;
littering and pollution of the airport area;
drinking alcohol or smoking outside designated places for the payment and use of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances;
introduction into passenger terminals animals except service dogs and assistance dogs for people with disabilities, except in cases of transmitting animal for carriage by air;
driving without the consent of the aerodrome:
cash collections,
economic activity, including advertising, acquisition or other gainful activity,
artistic, political, and other activities disruptive at the airport;
photographing or filming activities recognition of sapper-pyrotechnic and rescue, job security checks of passengers and baggage and points passport control and document control, without a permit issued by the airport operator in agreement with the competent commander of the Border Guard, commanding officer of the Police or the chief of the customs office - accordingly, what actions, positions or checkpoints to be photographed or filmed;
interfering with, preventing or hindering the exercise of the airport staff or the air carrier duties;
tampering with airport equipment, devices or systems, airport and hindering or preventing the use of facilities or rooms intended for public use located within the airport;
vehicle parking in undesignated places;
violations identified by the operator of the airport traffic conditions and pedestrian in airside;
being in restricted areas of airports and airside without authorization or otherwise violating the conditions of access to restricted areas specified by the airport operator;
entering the reserved area or airside or use in these zones a vehicle without a valid vehicle pass or proper authorization or otherwise violating terms of vehicle access to these zones;
stay at night without justification related to the anticipation of the arrival or departure of the aircraft;
evasion of security control or access control and crossing or forcing doors, fences, guard rails and excessive use of the safety button door opener.
Expectations for passenger cars taxi companies cooperating to the airport and the other called by a client outside places designated for this purpose;

§3

The provision of § 2 point. 2 shall not apply to the representatives of state departments and local-weapon and hazardous materials or other objects that may endanger the safety of persons, aircraft or airport infrastructure.
The provision of § 2 point. 4 shall not apply to the use of psychotropic substances as a result of a documented physician's recommendation.
It does not require the consent of the aerodrome implementation of press materials on the basis of the Law of 26 January 1984. - Press Law (Dz. U. No. 5, pos. 24, as amended. Amendments 2)), subject to § 2 point. 7.

§4

All persons present at the airport are obliged to:

Immediately inform airport security, officers and employees of the Border Guard, the Police and unaccompanied luggage or other items.
Immediately inform the Airport staff and airport security services in the case of other than those referred to in paragraph 1 of threats or dangers to users and airport facilities.
Use of the instructions airport security officers of the Border Guard, Police and staff of airport services and carriers of securing the safety and security of persons, aircraft and airport facilities.
Unconditional submission to the orders of the emergency services and the Border Guards, Police and airport security during rescue operations.

§5

According to art.210 paragraph. I point 7 of the Aviation Law of 3 July 2002 (Dz. U. of 2012. pos. 933) a person who does not execute orders and instructions airport managing associated with ensuring flight safety or order at the airport, punishable by a fine determined in accordance with the provisions on proceedings offense.

§ 6

Monitoring of the provisions contained in this Ordinance shall exercise the Airport Security Service, Border Guard, Police and authorized service Airport.

§ 7

Airport Security Service Airport is entitled to retain and cancellation of passes for persons and vehicles do not comply with the rules in force in the restricted area Port
